During my state's "stay at home" time (which is now being phased out) I have been baking more.
Rather than a giving detailed recipes, this is a round-up of foods I've made and links to the original recipe.
Note: I eat gf to keep my belly happy. All 5 recipes are gluten free. Some of these recipes are also paleo, dairy free, nut free or refined sugar free. That's just an added bonus.

"Homemade" Pizza {Gluten-Free}
My family loves pizza. I've reviewed some restaurant pizza on the blog, but only made passing reference to the kind of pizza we eat the most: "homemade" pizza. It's not really homemade because it's a mix, but close enough.
We use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix. For our family of six (now five since my sister moved away) we mix up two packages of crust to make two rectangular pizzas, and enjoy the leftovers.

Gluten-free Restaurant Pizza
I was minding my own business, browsing the internet, when a banner ad caught my attention. It announced that Pizza Hut is partnering with Udi's Gluten Free brand to make gluten-free pizzas in select locations. I actually clicked on the ad, which is something I wouldn't normally do. (Don't ask me how many times I have accidentally clicked on an ad!)

I couldn't find the exact banner ad again, but you get the idea. Basically, the fine print says if you order just cheese, or pepperoni and cheese pizza, it is certified gf, but if you want other toppings, they are from a shared kitchen so you are taking your life in your hands.
Anyways, I decided to try their pizza and compare it with the gluten-free pizza I have eaten at AJ's Heavenly Pizza. Read on for the review.
